Fire Pit w/ Wood Storage
This full masonry fireplace anchors the space and makes it more usable year-round. The chimney directs smoke up, the walls block wind, and the heat aims forward — perfect for a fixed seating setup. Built-in wood storage keeps everything clean and ready to go.
FEATURE 2
Front Walkways & Landscaping
Originally an afterthought, the front walkways were upgraded mid-project to match the rear patio. We also freshened up the front landscaping while we were at it — not because we had to, but because it made the whole property feel finished.
FEATURE 3
Pool Demolition, Lower Maintenance
The pool was high-maintenance and barely used, so we took it out and reworked the space into their new patio for year-round enjoyment. Now the space gets more use with less hassle.
